I found her on the internet on a whim. I was actually calling for another realtor but she was the one who called me back. That was the universe in action that placed this wonderful person in our lives. She was great, patient, efficient and so helpful. She helped us find a home that fit our budget and our personalities. Not only was she our realtor but she also became my friend!

It was a nightmare. And then I found Carie! She was super patient with me, despite me hurling tons of rentals her way to look into (and I know rentals aren't a realtor's favorite). I was new to the area, and had no idea where to begin. The houses go fast and I lived far away. I trusted her to do the searching for me because of my struggle to commute. She's a straight shooter, honest, and transparent, which I appreciate immensely. She will be the only person I go to when I can purchase a home! I trust her completely and know she won't give me the run-around. I recommend giving her a call and letting her help you - she's good at what she does and she puts in the time (hard to find out here - trust me).

In her dealings with me and my husband, she was incredibly patient, showing house after house, and never disappointed if I expressed something negative. she did not try to sway me to her point of view. The closing was so easy! I honestly feel like I made a friend with Carrie, and I am still in touch with her, though our purchase was almost 2 years ago. I am a senior citizen, and during the pandamic, she touched base with me several times to see if I needed anything. That alone should tell you a lot about her.

She was accessible at all times and worked around the clock to get us into our dream home FAST! All we had to do was tell her the one we liked. She didn’t stop until we had what we wanted. In the competitive housing market we’re in, you have to have a realtor who is tough and can out-maneuver the competition. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home search! Thank you, Carie!!
